If you have a tight budget, and if you want to DIY your own flower table centrepieces, here are a few ideas.

1- A single bright her era Ina glass bowl. So easy. So quick. Gives a splash of colour, match or clash with your wedding colour scheme.

2- A simple green plant as a cool modern touch.

3- a simple arrangement of white amaryllis with  few green leaves. Classic and elegant but still won't break the budget.

4-  one single rose  in a glass bowl.

5-  a massed arrangement of roses. Cost a bit more, but makes a huge impact.

Flower petal confetti

I love real flower petal confetti.
In summer it is possible to use fresh rose petals, or indeed any other flower petals. Larkspur and delphinium work very well. It depends on your colour scheme. Anything from pretty pastels to dramatic deeper colours and of course not forgetting the classic vibrant red rose petals.

Here I used just fresh red rose petals

I am drying rose petals for,use all, year round. It is quite easy to do at home for DIY real flower confetti.
Why not have a go for your own wedding, or to take to a friends wedding?

Pick flower petals on a dry morning, then lay in a single layer on kitchen paper.
Leave for a few days in a warm place, and your confetti is ready.

I have experimented with different roses. Just remember that your petals will deepen in colour as they dry out, and will shrink in size.
