I am fond of the beautiful roses called Avalanche and Sweet Avalanche- shown in the photo here-looking good enough to eat..> Yes I know they are not scented, but for weddings you can recreate this by spraying rose perfume around to give the same effect. Jo Malone Red Roses is perfect to give a true rose scent.
Style of flowers? For the bride a hand tied bouquet and something similar for bridesmaids.
In summer there is nothing nicer than Sweet peas in delicate pastel shades. In a tied bunch for a “just picked from the garden” look. Very simple, very English Country Garden. And with a divine perfume.
